  • Ratchet eccentric cone flaring tool have special cone allows the internal opening gradually and form 45 degree accurate and regular flare without effort, preventing tube sliding down. 
  • Handle add ratchet function, it will let cone fast forward and back.
  • When work is finished,the cone will rebound automatically. Then rotated top handle again for 1 times, the flare face will be better.  
  • In use copper tube pipe or other soft metal.
