How to use spring tube cutter (~1mm)
1. Make 2 to 2.5 turns of the wheel
after the blade touch on tube.
2. Turning cutter and when the tube scotch is visible,
make another 1/4 turn of the wheel.
3. When you finish Step 1&2,
don’t need to turn the wheel any more until the tube was cut.
